<image:title>Home - New York City 1987</image:title>
<image:caption>Two hundred runaway children arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal every day, dreaming of a brand new start under the thousand electric stars of that far-off, fairy tale skyline. Met by only concrete and reality, they find themselves adrift and eagerly swallowed by the gaping maw of pimps, drug dealers and pedophiles, waiting with a kind word and gentle touch to take hold of these children at their most vulnerable. For years, the Port Authority Police have been fighting a losing battle to keep these kids out of harm’s way, a fight led by the understaffed and overworked Lt. Bernie Paggoli. Exposing the criminals responsible for this exploitation has become a driving obsession for investigative reporter Victoria Nelson, a tenacious, young television journalist. Her fiancé is future Hall of Fame Shortshop Matt Elster, a man who life has always come easy to, who is ending his storied career with a final championship game for the NY Yankees. When the body of a teenage boy is discovered and the hunt for his missing sister commences, Victoria and a reluctant Matt are swept into Paggoli’s investigation, finding themselves caught in the crossfire of a conspiracy woven deeper than any of them could imagine.</image:caption>

<image:title>About - Jesse Strauch</image:title>
<image:caption>Jesse Strauch is a writer and film maker who began his career by capturing the antics of his motley crew of hoodlum friends in an attempt at what some might call sketch comedy. His first foray into professional media was as an intern at NBC News, where he conducted numerous interviews for NBC’s Cause Celeb series and ghostwrote a travel memoir for a certain notorious morning show host. Jesse attended Fordham University, where his short film, “Roll Through Decay”, (shot entirely on Super 8) won an Honorable Mention at the NY State Student Film Festival. After graduating, Jesse conceptualized and directed several music videos, including American Nomad’s “Dark Thots of Mayhem”, a surrealist journey into the mind of Gary Gilmore as he faces his looming execution. In 2017, Jesse began work on the film, The Tiger Horse, an independent feature documentary chronicling the life and work of esteemed conceptual artist Richard Humann, which has taken him all over the world, from Italy, to Finland and all the way to the Korean DMZ. The film was set to premier in Spring of 2020, but has been delayed due to COVID-19. Jesse currently works as a Content Creator at A&E Networks, where his expertise is focused mainly on giant squid, dragons and Bigfoot.</image:caption>
